Summary: From the reception desk staff, the room , the breakfast and the pay as you drink wine bar EVERY thing was great. Location was great. Several restaurants right down the street The in housr restaurant was terrific too Highly recommend

Summary: I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Hotel 71. The location is perfect with the hotel near the most beautiful streets in Old Quebec, the Breakneck Stairs and Umbrella Alley. The rooms have modern amenities with the charm of an historic building. The front desk staff are very pleasant. There was a mix up when we were checking out, but the issue was resolved in a very professional manner. Thank you for hosting our vacation!
