Positive: Location in Old Quebec was very good and the parking facilities a short distance from the condo worked very well.

Negative: We had no major dislikes. However as sports fans we would have enjoyed easier access to the baseball games.

Summary: With the full cooperation of all, including the weather, we had a beautiful and relaxing vacation. Thank you to all.

Positive: The location was amazing. Just a few minutes walk to Place Royal and Le Petit Champlain and Dufferin Terrace. Walking distance from the train station and large supermarket, with plenty of convenience stores nearer by also. Then the apartment itself was so spacious and like home.

Negative: I have no complaints about this property. I could have stayed forever.

Positive: The location is perfect to explore lower town. It was great to have some extra room for our family with young adult children. Everything was comfortable. Check in was easy. A parking spot (a short walk away) was a definite bonus.

Negative: Overall, it was perfect. But… bring your own coffee and shampoo. (Apartment has a regular drip coffee maker. )

Positive: Our family of 7 had an amazing time staying here for 3 nights in August. The location is excellent, so many wonderful restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. This location is truly perfect for exploring old Quebec. The parking provided was also great, close, and such an amazing perk! The apartment itself is very nice. Having a small elevator to bring you and all your luggage to the 2nd floor is so convenient, especially when it opens right outside the apartment's entry door. The two bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with in-room air conditioning units to ensure cool temperatures for sleeping. Lots of closet space and room to sort your luggage. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom and laundry room combined are exactly what you need, so nice to be able to do a load of laundry after being on a roadtrip for weeks. The kitchen is compact and has all the essentials. We cooked breakfast and dinners for 7 people. All the pots, pans, plates, cups, etc., were more than enough. Plus there's a dishwasher, microwave, and full-size fridge and freezer, so convenient! The living room and dining room are beautiful places to chill and enjoy. The windows overlooking the street provide so much light and a view of the quintessential old Quebec buildings. It's beautiful. The host was extremely kind. All the communication with him was prompt and helpful.

Positive: Host super helpful and responsive. Unit was large and well located. Parking was safe and convenient.

Negative: Had to purchase washer/dryer supplies, TP, and shower supplies but no big deal. Couches and chairs could be a bit cleaner. The term luxurious is used loosely, but it worked for us regardless.
