Summary: Overall, the staff were incredibly nice, and the hotel was very clean. It was a hassle to bring in outside drinks, even water, which keeps it from just being shy of 5 stars. Overall, highly recommend

Summary: Arrived frazzled from Carthage after my flight out was cancelled having booked the room from the taxi on the way from the airport. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. This is a first class hotel with first class customer service. A ten out of ten.

Summary: I wanted only a coffee and croissant for breakfast, but they would not move from the 40 TD price charged for the full buffet. I know I could have gone to the cafe next door and had what I wanted for 8-10 TD
