Positive: The staff were amazing, particular mention for Milan who was brilliant helping us with everything from arranging safaris to trips into town and local museums, nothing was too much trouble. And Dipa who always had a radiant smile and warm welcome at meal times. The hotel is in a great location and the food particularly dinner was excellent

Positive: The staff were very welcoming. Couldn’t do enough for you! The garden was stunning and the sounding landscape was so peaceful. Lots of variety for breakfast. We had a safari organised by the hotel which was great. We recently got engaged, and the manager upgraded our room to help us celebrate.

Positive: Staff was super friendly and good at their job, did what they could to make us comfortable! The restaurant serves excellent meals, breakfast is top. Crew, Dika for example, does a great job there. Everywhere you go in the lobby, at the pool or in the restaurant, they’ll bring you a nice bottle of filtered water! Often they served something extra, such as nice bruschetta with a drink at the pool! Or a peanut salad as an appetiser. Great! Special note for the jungle guide Rajendra Chauchary and colleagues: super experience with the jungle walk, canoo tour and jeep ride, spotted so many birds, deer and rhinos… Very knowledgeable, affordable and friendly. We can really recommend him and his colleague!
Negative: Just a suggestion to create some more shade at and in the pool. Just some large plants around the pool for example.
Summary: We felt extremely welcome and staff treated us like we were royalties!
