Positive: Hotel is in a great location - with an hour of being there I saw two rhino in the river behind :) staff are very helpful. We had a nice lunch in the restaurant too. AC works well in hot, hot Chitwan!

Positive: The property is set in an amazing location overlooking the river. The rooms were lovely and comfortable and we were very kindly upgraded to a premium room as it was off season. They are building a pool and a cafe overlooking the river which will be amazing i’m sure!
Negative: Unfortunately we were made to feel slightly guilty for not booking our activities through the property which were significantly more expensive than what we had found, which as two students on a bit more of a budget, was important to us.

Positive: We had a great stay. The staff were very accommodating and kindly helped us shorten our stay without any issues. They also informed us whenever a rhino was near the hotel, which made the experience even more special. Every day, bottled water was replenished in the room, which we really appreciated. Overall, excellent service and a wonderful experience.

Positive: The best thing about the place is the guide, Mr Mangara. He is absolutely the BEST!
Negative: The rooms which say river view no longer have a proper river view since they are building a block of rooms in front of the existing rooms. The food at the restaurant is also mediocre, better to eat out if you are staying here.
