Positive: The location of the hotel, right on the front by the lake, is excellent for those wishing to centre themselves in the vibe of the town. The pool area was lovely, with views of the mountains across the lake - a great place to soak up the sunshine. The staff were welcoming and happy to help.
Negative: The room felt, perhaps because of the decor, not a great place to spend time out of the sun. As it was at the back of the property, the window overlooked a courtyard with a bar in it, so beware that you might be kept up by music late into the night.
Summary: A great place to stay on the edge of Lake Garda.

Positive: The location was absolutely perfect, the staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great!
Negative: The air conditioning was very loud, there wasn’t really a blanket on the bed, just a sheet.
Summary: Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Positive: I liked the pool area. It was the best part of the hotel. The room was ok/basic. The location was great.
Negative: I was surprised that the reception worker was about to keep my passport over night on their desk for scanning. I don't understand why the scanning couldn't been made immediately when the customer arrives? The hotel stored people's passports in the open lockers from where anybody could take them if the staff is not behind the desk for a moment. The GPDR is not followed with this procedure. Also, the breakfast was not that good that could be expected.
