Beautiful corner villa with 2 independent entrances located in an elegant residence with swimming pool, located in a residential street with a closed-end street that guarantees tranquility despite being just 10 minutes walk from the lively center of Bardolino, 250 m. of garden and a covered patio surround the house on three sides ensuring excellent privacy.
The villa is composed of:
• Living area: An open plan living room complete with 4 seater sofa, 55 "LED TV and Bose WIFI device, a small and comfortable bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen equipped with everything you could need: dishwasher, natural water supply device and carbonated, combi oven (traditional and microwave), toaster, slicer, Nespresso coffee machine, bimby robot, Hurom juice extractor ......
The outdoor patio comfortably accommodates 10 people at the table, and to shelter from the sun or in bad weather an elegant electric cover will guarantee the continuation.
• Tavern area: Particular and fresh tavern with exposed stone walls and period door with 3 seater sofa, TV LED 46 ”and ceiling fan, with near comfortable bathroom with shower, equipped with towels, phone and hair straightener. Four steps divide this area from the double garage (2 parking spaces) with electric overhead doors, washing machine, dryer, ice maker, sink and to entertain a table football for children and adults.
There are also 2 private parking spaces discovered in the parking lot of the residence.
• Sleeping area: A double room with a balcony overlooking the lake and with 46 "LED TV, a double room and a single room with 32" LED TV for a total of 5 beds, a bathroom with shower equipped with everything you need (towels , phone, hair straightener ...).
Each room is equipped with sheets and has a ceiling fan and independently controlled air conditioning.
• Attic area: Two sofas convertible into 2 double beds for a total of 4 beds, two electric velux, independent air conditioning, a window and a bathroom complete the attic area.

Summary: We stayed at Villa Giora for 4 nights. The house was immaculate with everything you would need for a perfect stay. The kitchen was very well equipped and the terrace was lovely with candles and vases of flowers. Claudia was there to greet us and had laid on the most wonderful lunch on the terrace complete with a bottle of Prosecco. She was warm and welcoming and explained how everything operated in the house. Including the wonderful hot tub. The house is a short walk from town and all the wonderful amenities it offers, and it is quiet and not overlooked. We had a swim in the invigorating pool, used the BBQ sat in the garden on the loungers and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this villa and would love to return.

Summary: Our stay at Villa Gioia was amazing! The villa was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owners Claudia and Roberto were very friendly and gave us a lovely welcomed. They were on hand to ask any questions we had throughout our stay. Great location as well, it was away from the main roads so was peaceful and quiet but only a short walk to the centre of Bardolino and the shops, restaurants, supermarket, bus stop and tourist information, and the beautiful lake of course. We would highly recommend Villa Gioia abs will be coming back to stay again!
