Summary: Best location for traveller, very modern and luxury facility with efficient services such as water server and phone charger supplements. Very nice bath amenity too.

Summary: It's a very convenient location at above the Shin-Yokohama Station. When you have large luggages, this is the place to be. We also love the view from this hotel. We love the breakfast at Loyal Host at the lobby level. We will definitely go back to this hotel next time when we are in town.

Summary: My husband and I spent a few days in Tokyo before flying home to the US. We loved the convenience of arriving by train and just walking up the stairs to the Hotel. Despite being so close to the station, we didn't hear the trains because the room was soundproofed. It was clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Tokyo.

Summary: Rooms were small for my party of 3 but who stays in their room all day anyway. Tub could use a shower curtain, I don’t understand the half door thing, floors got soaked. This place was great, lots of food and shopping available and right above the transportation we used daily…. The train.

Summary: Clean modern hotel with comfy bed and pillows. Only hotel in our two weeks tour which offered two pillows. Free drinks at the lounge. Located within the Shin Yokohama train station. Close to good food.
