Summary: We really enjoyed the majority of our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly at check-in, breakfast, the casino, restaurants, and at security. Breakfast had a nice variety. The casino was fun even though we don't enjoy gambling. We had complimentary vouchers from the hotel that we used. The only hiccup was when we were hurrying to check out at 6 a.m. for our next stop on the trip and the elevator in the hotel section was down for repairs. It didn't change our opinion about the stay because everyone we encountered was great!

Summary: Easy parking, the hotel was on the 2nd floor, so need to access the elevators or escalator. Free breakfast was great, it was on the 2nd floor where the hotel entrance was and away from all the traffic of hotel/casino and not far from our room, the "breakfast guy" was very friendly and attentive and things were very clean, good choices, room was comfortable and satisfactory, would stay again

Summary: Everything! Clean, courteous. However, toilet and sink backed up. Sink needs to be cleaned out We really enjoyed ourselves!!!!

Summary: The casino gaming floor is a good distance from the hotel. We stayed on a Sunday night. Gift shop at main entrance was closed entire time. Rooms are clean and well kept.
