The simple neat rooms have excellent Wifi, Shower toilet flat screen TV and some with small fridge. Half of the rooms overlook the Coolhaven waterfront. The other rooms have views over the gardens. No rights can be derived from room types and photos. All rooms are available by stairs. There are several City map deals in the rooms that one can purchase.
