Summary: Amazing view. Hotel is between the mountains loved it. It’s far but worth to go there also price were reasonable compare the other hotels at the region

Summary: I loved the place where the hotel is located, and in general, the building. The girl in the reception was giving the extra mile, but it was simply too much for her, and I will explain why. We had no hot water, which, in the middle of the Swiss Alps, is not the most convenient thing. She really apologized and tried to resolve, but the problem was bigger than her. At the end, we left and it was never solved. We were told we might have a refund, but wasn't in her hands. Two days later and no communication from them. The hotel has old stuff, but maintained in OKish conditions, but the atmosphere is nice. It is such a shame that the problem wasnt solved.

Summary: Excellent location . Quiet and peace Room is clean and the big bath facing the mountains is super relaxing The Italian restaurant opposite to Bahnhof is a surprise , it's really tasty !! Will come back again
