Negative: Vast complex. Most facilities closed in low season (easter weekend). Very expensive.

Positive: Shared spaces (pool, outdoor, external lights)

Negative: Room was quite old, missing the basic staff (mini bar, safe, towel hooks, do not disturb label, cannot open water in shower and sync without flooding bathroom) especially considering 4 star hotel and pictures. Breakfast was quite poor in terms of choice and quality. Staff barely speak English.

Summary: Quality price not worth it.

Positive: The staff were extremely helpful, and would go out of their way for positive guest experience - this was by far our favourite hotel , we stayed in a villa on the 2nd floor so plenty of space for the family. The pool was fantastic, and the beach was very close (except it’s hard to find unless you take the little train that brings you there- that was fun!)

Negative: The breakfast buffet felt like a competition because sometimes the food would take longer to replenish and it ended at 9:30am. Food options were limited outside of the buffets (lunch & dinner) and these were fairly pricey per person, after breakfast we mostly ate off of the resort in town. The games machines required euros to play (usually on a resort this would be included)

Summary: We had some bumps but the staff were very helpful and it was a beautiful relaxing place to stay!

Positive: The room is good and the swimming pool is nice

Negative: The breakfast was not very good for a resort. Also, few of the staff in the restaurant couldn't speak English. I haven't had the dinner because it was expensive and if it was like the breakfast it didn't worthwhile

Positive: Wonderful complex in Puglia near Torre dell’Orso beach. The room was even more beautiful than we’ve expected. We had the splendid pool just for us after a good breakfast buffet. The receptionist was very kind and nice with us for checkin and checkout.

Negative: We did not find the Cala Marina, the private beach for which we had bracelets included in the price of the room.
