Positive: A lovely hotel close to the river and Chapel Bridge. The room was bright and airy with coffee facilities. The staff were very friendly. Close to the railway station to walk.

Positive: Nice bedroom and balcony. Staff were incredible and very attentive. Top marks to Lars and the team.

Negative: On our second night a very noisy family moved into the room next door. The kids were using it as a play room and the walls are quite thin so allowed for a fair bit of noise to come through. Only negative.

Summary: Really nice hotel... and it has a pool!

Positive: The staff…accommodating , polite, good public relations. The location is excellent. Everything is nearby …clean… Overall, it’s outstanding

Positive: Fantastic location - staff were very friendly and the pool was gorgeous after a long drive.

Negative: Nothing really! We couldn’t get the wall lights to work above our beds but nothing major Also parking Not the hotels fault but we had a roof box and none of the car parks in Lucerne could accommodate us . There was only roadside parking available which we could only buy in short bursts. Would have been great to have been warned about this as at one point we actually thought we would not be able to stay or we would have to take the roof of off on the side of the road . As stated not the hotels fault but be useful for anyone travelling to Lucerne

Negative: Parking is at the local car park - this is hazardous for a decent sized vehicle. No restaurant at the hotel itself but there are cafes nearby.

Positive: Perfect location. 5-10 minute walk from Train Station and 5 minutes from the center of Lucerne and the Venician Walls. Staff was so welcoming and helpful with recommendations and directions. Rooms were clean and ready early. Could not have been more convenient! Excellent value!

Positive: Friendly staff Toby and a young Spanish girl. Very Comfy mattress. Good sized room. Terrace was good even if we couldn't use it due to weather. Close enough to walk from Train station. Free coffee was nice touch.

Negative: No face cloth/ towel. No slippers. No bathrobe. Poor shower pressure and poor WiFi signal.

Summary: Pretty good place however a few extra touches would elevate this hotel.
