Summary: Reception staff could have been more professional. Bar staff were excellent, nothing was an issue for them. We had no view from our room as the window was set at the top of the room. Had a look at the hotel layout, seems like our room was one of the smallest rooms. There was a metal beam which ran diagonally across the room - not ideal for tall guests. No TV and receptionist was unable to fix this. Breakfast area was cramped, with a queue waiting for coffee from a machine. Breakfast was continental style and there was plenty on offer. I have stayed here before and despite the cramped breakfast area, I enjoyed the stay. I now would think twice about staying here or at least request a room on first or second floors. Parking is available.

Summary: The property appearance was beautifully presented, the room was tastefully presented and clean but limited in space as was the bathroom. The restaurant had a limited menu and the food was disappointing with spicy ribs with no spice or sauce at all and raviolli which arrived as tortellini with little taste and when raised with staff they said their raviolli was different to the rest of the world which given they knew it would have been helpful to mention. The bar was closed in the afternoon which was disappointing.

Summary: Beautiful place in the Alps. Very nice accommodations. Everyone was so nice and friendly. We stayed for 3 days and had a wonderful and memorable time.

Summary: Superior suite was tidy and great. Location is good -just at the foot of some shorter and longer trekkings. Service at and the breakfast was 1/5. Général tip : don’t eat here go into the small village or any of the other hotels.

Summary: We stayed two nights as a stop over on the way further down into Italy. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. They came up with a lot of suggestions what we could do with our kids.
