Positive: Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich.
Negative: Vielleicht war es nachts etwas laut, aber das lag an den Autos auf der Straße. Das liegt jedoch außerhalb der Kontrolle des Hotels.

Positive: Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Reception staff were helpful. Location was convenient to get the tram into the centre of Cologne.
Negative: Room wasn't air conditioned which could have been a problem during recent hot weather. Fortunately it wasn't too hot during our visit so it was OK. I suspect the room hadn't been used for a while and had a bit of a smell when we arrived but running water in the bathroom and opening the window soon cleared this.

Positive: Very comfortable and nice location. We parked the car nearby on a residential area to avoid payment for parking. The rooms are big with a lot on the closets. The bathroom was very modern.
Negative: The breakfast is good but for the price I expected something better but still super enough.
