Summary: Lovely hotel, great location. Views amazing. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very clean. Lift is quite small and a little dated, creaked quite a bit which was a bit worrying, could probably do with an upgrade. Air con in room was excellent and a very welcome reprieve from the heat of the day. Not noisy either, so didn’t affect sleep. Shower was quite small, and difficult to move around in without banging elbows and knees. Although food looked well presented in hotel restaurant and staff very attentive, thought choice on menu was a bit limited so didn’t end up eating at the hotel which was a shame…also a little expensive. On the whole though would definitely return again but maybe ask for a room on a lower floor so I don’t have to use the lift.

Summary: All was good, including a stunning lakeside view, apart from the thin walls resulting in noise from an adjoining bathroom. It was so bad you felt like you were in the shower with them.

Summary: Hotel Bellavista was a beautiful property. The balcony lake views were stunning and the pool on the lake front was great. Our AC unit was not working but fortunately, the nights were cool when we visited. Staff were fantastic, would definitely recommend.

Summary: Wow, wow, wow! Having a room with a lakeside view is a must. You will not believe your eyes or be able to tear yourself away from your room balcony! Such a lovely hotel with warm, friendly staff. Located in a perfect spot that is only a short walk to the main piazza in one direction and the ferry port in the other. Equipped with an outdoor pool and a lakeside restaurant, it’s got everything you need for a relaxing stay. The rooms are spacious and airy. The only downside is that the shower is tiny! The breakfast was simple but offered enough to set you up for the day.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Bellavista! It is in a great location. I would recommend getting a room with a balcony overlooking Lake Como. Spectacular!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Bellavista, the location is excellent, and views are wonderful! We had a lake side room with a large balcony that was fantastic. We did not eat at the hotel other than for breakfast one day, and they had a nice standard Italian breakfast offering. Although the facilities are old, they are well kept and clean. We did find that our room had a significant cologne smell that we found overpowering and some noise due to being over the restaurant and pool (despite having windows open over multiple days), that said, a pleasant stay!

Summary: The location is perfect , city centre, close to everything lots of restaurants around ,the view is unbelievable heaven on earth . i wish i took an open balcony on 2nd or 3rd floor so you can sit down and see everything ..my room was on the 4th floor and the balcony was not open other than that everything was perfect.I am in love with lake Como .
