Positive: Fantastic Property and Rooms are very large for NYC. Metro just down the road.
Negative: Beware being on Level 1, we were opposite the fitness room that was LOUD. Door slamming all night. Bakery attached gets BUSY lines out the door.

Positive: The location was fantastic only a short walk to the nearest subway station. The room was spacious with a great size comfortable bed. The hotel was generally quiet at night for sleeping and very clean throughout.
Negative: No hot food available for breakfast. I didn't mind the fresh pastries from the cafe but my husband likes a hot breakfast.

Positive: 1. The location is very convenient; It is a 5-6 minute walk from Central Park; 2. The bread coupons for breakfast are very affordable, and the bread from the bakery is delicious.
Negative: 1. The front desk staff who received us spoke very quickly, which sounded very informative to tourists; 2. We put tips for the cleaning staff in the room, but only one of the three towels that were taken away was placed in the room.
Summary: The location is convenient, and a short stay of three days is a good choice.

Positive: The location was perfect. We had a quiet room, could not hear the traffic at all. The staff were great, helping and polite. Very comfortable bed. The room was a good size. Loved it.
Negative: The bakery where we received a $10 voucher was pretty average. They weren’t open very early, their oven wasn’t working so nothing could be heated. The food when we did get something was ok.
Summary: Great location, staff are amazing. Facilities were excellent and room and bed very comfortable.

Positive: Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was professional and helpful. They provided us with a mini fridge and microwave upon request.
Negative: The walls were thin and therefore there was not much soundproofing between rooms/hallway. No food available at Allure, even though it is advertised as a restaurant. Bar closed at 11:00 pm, even on the weekends.
