Summary: The friendly arrival team offered us welcome drinks on the terrace overlooking the lake. We had a loft suite so our children were on a pullout with a child with a full bath downstairs while we had a bedroom upstairs with a full bath (and tub). Although I usually bring my own, their toiletries were wonderful, I loved the scents and they were high quality. The grounds are beautiful and we did enjoy the pool and jacuzzi as well as the ice room and sauna which are included in your stay. The breakfast selection was excellent and flavorful. We were able to walk into town and enjoy seeing the shops down the beautiful little alleys. We had dinner right on the lake at La Pergola which is located next to the boat dock below the hotel. There is a set of stairs next to the hotel that you can walk down to get there. The best part of the hotel is the service, the employees were engaged and friendly every time we spoke with them. If i asked where something was, they would walk us to the area rather that the typical person who would just point in the general direction. I want to give special recognition to Manuela, who helped me with a unique situation. I purchased shoes for my son and they did not fit but the store had already closed so we couldn't exchange them and we are leaving early the next morning. Manuela was able to take the shoes and have them exchanged the next day and helped me to arrange shopping them home. She stayed in contact through out. Excellence!!!

Summary: When we made the reservation, only suites were left in the main building, and they were over our budget. In the apartment section, there was a top-floor room available (with a partial lake view), so we chose that one. But the view from the balcony was anything but partial — it was great! The hotel is very clean and the staff are excellent. Breakfast is better than average. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant on the first night; we wouldn’t say it was great. They have their own parking, and it’s a good size. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. If we visit Lake Como again, we’d definitely stay at this hotel.

Summary: My first time at Laje Como and I chose to stayed at Bellagio for 2 nights. I am so impressed by Hotel Belvedere , great hospitality concept , the attentive and professional staff , the beautifully designed interior furnishing and breakfast buffet selections . The breakfast place in the restaurant overlooks other side of the lake it’s just so peaceful and serene to have breakfast while viewing the lake. They also have a free shuttle van to travel up/down the hill to the central. I moved to a boutique hotel nearby on the 2nd day as Botrl Belvedere was fully booked. They don’t offer shuttle service I had to walk down or order a taxi when I leave with my luggage back to Como for my train ride. I will definitely recommend Hotel Belvedere to my friends who will visit Laje Como

Summary: Amazing hotel. 10/10 would recommend to stay at this property. Sauna and steam room facilities are in included and very nice. Lake view rooms have an amazing view of the lake. Staff go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.

Summary: My husband and I stayed in October of '24 and the hotel was absolutely gorgeous with amazing views. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with the most delicious omelet and croissants of the trip. Parking was amazing and the staff service impeccable. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Summary: Breathtaking views out of the surrounding windows as you had breakfast every morning. Wonderful cocktails made by the bar with comfortable seating areas to enjoy some relaxation time. All of the staff were very helpful in getting dinner reservations and answering questions. The car service to take you and pick you up was also amazing.
