Positive: The hotel is quite large and offers plenty of parking spaces outside, which is a big plus considering how difficult parking can be in Mallorca. There’s also a pool with a pool bar, which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a drink. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

Positive: The hotel has a convenient location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. We also had a nice view from the balcony. The room and common areas were clean and well maintained.
Negative: Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was weak and unstable, which was quite inconvenient. The rooms also feel a bit dated and look noticeably more worn than they appear in the photos. One thing that genuinely surprised us was that the hotel refused our request for wine glasses in the room. We have been travelling for around 15 years, usually 6-10 times a year, and this was the first time we have ever had a hotel refuse such a simple request. It was quite unexpected and left us disappointed with the level of service.

Positive: A very helpful restaurant manager, really nice family room and swimming pool for kids - that was perfect. Additionally the fact the hotel organized solar eclipse observation point with special glasses for each guest - extremely nice

Positive: Good facilities. Very good food and a lot of different foods to chose from. Nice to be able to try different cuisines every day. We also enjoyed the lokation as we were close enough to the big tourist beaches at arenal and palma so that we could get there if we wanted but far enough so that we were able to get a bit of peace and quiet.
Negative: The main thing we had a problem with was the dinks during lunch and dinner. Since you have to wait for a sever to get to your table to take a order and for us that would usually take about 25-30 mins which means that we were almost done eating by the time we got our drinks. There is a bar area where u can go to order but when i went there I was usually told to sitt down and wait for a server.

Negative: Bathroom very dated and dilapidated. Paper cups by the pool. Reusable plastic would be more eco friendly. Only two towels left in the room with not bath mat for a family of 4 on both days. Strange smell in the corridor of the 6th floor
