Summary: Hotel is nice and staff was great. Excellent water pressure in the shower! Close to old city and many attractions. The unfortunate part is that there are many pickpockets about and you must be constantly vigilant.

Summary: I spent 4 nights at Hotel Bilbi. Desk staff were helpful and informative and domestic staff superb. My room was basic but comfortable. Everything worked efficiently - TV, Wi-fi, shower, etc. The hotel is well situated close to Bilbao Old Town.

Summary: The hotel was very close to Casco Viejo and the Mercado, excellent places for food and drink! The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable, and had an amazing recommendation for Txangurro when i asked!
