Positive: The location/ setting was BEAUTIFUL, but even better than that was the service! absolutely incredible, nothing was too much and felt exceptionally high end and tailored to our needs. the pool was insanely gorgeous and bigger than it looks! , The restaurant - Pedro Nolasco- served AMAZING food! our suite was overlooking a beautiful square, and to top it off, after our sherry tasting at Lustau we returned to find a bottle of Tio Pepe sherry in our room with a hand written note saying how they hoped we enjoyed our visit to Lustau. and Jerez as a whole. It really was a very memorable stay. My sister will not be forgetting her 40th anytime soon.

Positive: Fantastic small Boutique hotel in a brilliant location,with a fabulous roof top bar and pool-and an equally fabulous garden bar.Brilliant location adjacent to the Cathedral and within very easy walking distance of so many sights,bars and restaurants.Diego on reception was an absolute star and so helpful-and gave some great recommendations.All hotels should be like this.

Positive: Wonderful location, very kind staff of the hotel, very good breakfast and cleanliness at high level (there was even note that all blankets were sanitazied for the guests) what made us feel very comfortable.

Positive: Breakfast was over priced at 20 euros. Front of house staff were lovely but a couple of the bar staff were quite abrupt. Would have preferred a window in our room that had a view.
Negative: Breakfast over priced. Only 3 sun loungers??

Positive: The location is incredible. The rooms are spacious, new and beautifully decorated. The view from the terrace is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Negative: The breakfast could be better. We asked for the rooms to be close and the hotel did not pay any attention to that request. We were also given the rooms on the ground floor, they were very nice, but we had made the booking four months ahead... I guess you have to ask for a room on a higher floor.
