Positive: We enjoyed every minute in the hotel and Alicante as well. Happy with everything. Some review weird and dont listen. If you would like a quiet and relax time in the hotel you will get it. We had problem with flashing toilet but was fix quickly. Small hotel but so comfy and clean and up to date as well. Happy to come back.
Negative: Everything was nice
Summary: Amazing stay and we like it sliding door which one hide noise from the road. Perfect hotel

Positive: This was such a lovely hotel , very clean, such friendly staff, delicious food, and an excellent location. The rooms were very clean, fresh and well kept . The restaurant seating areas are very comfortable, indoors or outdoors. Different variety of foods to choose from for breakfast and lunch/dinner. The staff was friendly and willing to help us with anything we needed. The location was perfect , very serene and there was a bus station nearby taking you straight to the city center or along the couple beaches along the coast . I would definitely book again on my next visit to Alicante and also recommend this hotel to others wanting to visit Alicante .Thank you Sara, Diego, Luis and the rest of the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Positive: Modern. Breakfast very good. Nice pool area. Near a bus stop.
Negative: Dated rooms. Noisy with traffic. Noisy inside with a day long and evening party which I complained about but got no response from the manager who was very unsympathetic.
Summary: Nice but not great. Noisy room. 50% of staff not friendly. Long way to the centre. Underwhelming.

Positive: The hotel itself is well laid out. Staff are friendly. The addition of your own balcony. Room is airy and comfortable.
Negative: Location is in a quiet residential area. Sea is only a short walk but there isn't any beach there. You have to take the bus, which is easy enough but an inconvenience. Breakfast only offered pork meat.

Negative: Cleaning was done only in the last day, so no visits in between from Housekeeping which was disappointing as we actually needed a clean bath mat.

Positive: Small hotel. Friendly staff. Good welcome. Plenty of information at reception including maps. Handy for Metro. 1.45 Euros. Breakfast was really good. The room had a view of the sea which was lovely. You can start a coastal walk to Alicante from the front of the hotel. 1hr 15mins. The wine was lovely and very reasonably priced. There are some amazing restaurants 10 mins away near the metro station. One tapas place on the roundabout near metro was great and VERY Spanish.
Negative: Nothing. We wanted to be out of the main Alicante and this fit the bill. Some improvement work going on in the hotel but I regard this as positive.
Summary: Stay here. Ty ou will love it.
