Summary: There was an issue at check-in as they couldn’t figure out how many rooms had been booked, even though I had a receipt from Hotel.com. The rooms could have been cleaner. The same issue occurred two weeks ago when I found a used contact lens and long hairs from a previous guest. The bathroom was also not cleaned properly.
