Summary: This is a poorly managed hotel. In the room there are no glasses (drinking), no phones, one of the two elevators did not work for a week (~15 min to get to your room), breakfast is OK, the staff does not care. Two years ago this was a good hotel

Summary: An excellent place to stay in Budapest. It is very handy for the Castle District and is within easy reach of the Szell Kalman Ter metro. The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable.

Summary: I found the Hotel to be well located for a business trip on the Pest side of the City. The building allows for good room views if an upper floor room is requested. The staff both at reception and at the bar were very friendly & helpful. Most importantly, the room was a reasonable size, had good views, was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet and was average. The overall value for money I found to be very good and the location of the Hoel is in a nice residential area, with restaurants close by.
