Summary: Bystrička hotel is in quiet village area, great for relaxing. Staff was polite and friendly. Breakfast food was tasty. Rooms were clean and comfortable for a good night sleep.

Summary: The Hotel Bystricka is a bit out of the way, but it is a terrific hotel, so if you are in the area, choose this one. You need a car. Staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and quiet, and the restaurant is good. This last bit is important, because there are few nearby dining options, grocery stores, or cafes. At the end of a tiring day, sitting down to a decent meal really matters. I hope to stay here again if I get the chance.

Summary: A lovely hotel with amazing staff, especially Ivanka who helped to sort out late check in. The room was confy, breakfast delicious, fair prices and so we can highly recommend this hotel!

Summary: Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff is friendly, and breakfast was fine. We had rooms one flight up and there is no elevator. The rooms are equipped with fans for hot summer days, but we had a problem with two dogs who barked incessantly, day and night. This is not the hotel’s fault, but kept us awake when we had open windows. With closed windows it was no problem.

Summary: Really friendly and helpful staff, a clean hotel room with a nice minimalist decoration style. The team did everything I asked of them, they were so helpful. The only negative thing for me was the food, which I did not find particularly enjoyable, but it also was not bad in anyway, so just average.
