Summary: There were no amenities that were provided except a poor functioning hairdryer, body gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Slipper were found, but the robes were in a drawer and not located until checkout. There were no instructions given about the room or a tour of the room. The lighting of the room was very poor--we could not see a thing to even put on our make-up. The vanity mirror was full of dust. The shower leaked and made a water mess after each use. The city view offered was not a view at all; it was a building across the alley 5 feet away. The entire stay was disappointing. Service needs to improve drastically. Go to a hotel in Barcelona to see how kind and attentive the hotel workers are to their guests. Provide Q-tips and tissue for your guests at least. This was a disappointment stay overall. Not a vacation and especially not worth the price. We lost time in our lives we cannot get back. It was a horrible experience.

Summary: Such an exceptional experience. Outstanding hotel with a great breakfast and a lovely view. The staff were very kind and helpful. Our room was big and comfortable. The locations is perfect for sights, eating out and shopping. Also a very relaxing atmosphere. Going to visit again!

Summary: Loved staying here! They made our stay very comfortable and made sure we were aware of all the great restaurants and spots to visit. Not to mention Marti was the best. Will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Palma.
