Positive: Cozy and nicely decorated family run hotel located in a historic building (but with modern amenities and spotless clean). Friendly and welcoming owners that make you feel at home. Great restaurant - highly recommend having dinner there (breakfast is outstanding as well!)
Summary: Charming small hotel; very comfortable, well maintained and with a beautiful garden - wish we could stay longer!

Positive: The owners were amazing, excellent service and they knew exactly how to judge the interaction (be fully available, extremely friendly and helping with information, while also not being too much and giving us space). I have never been so welcomed at an accommodation and made to feel like I belonged there. They seemed fully committed to giving you the best experience possible, recommendations for things to do and were excited to offer advice and information. Strongly recommend the garden room, has a nice patio right next to the river!
Summary: Enjoy a sense of belonging! Strongly recommend, will definitely stay there again.

Positive: Hosts Flora and Alfredo are fantastic. Their customer service is outstanding. We were greeted by Flora on arrival who made us feel very welcome. Alfredo has taken us into Vittorio Veneto and also to the train station and even got our train tickets for us. The breakfast each morning is wonderful and the homemade cakes and pastries are delicious. Highly recommend this place for a quiet relaxing stay as it is located in a beautiful setting.
