Negative: TV is limited in channels. Breakfast limited - not enough salads and healthy food options There was a group of people (disabled) who made a mess at the breakfast, there was loud noises during our stay. Also they were messing around with food with their hands contaminating food We could not take breakfast together because of our pet even though there is outside space, this was not an option Pillows very uncomfortable

Positive: B'fast room fine, however not enough tables for the number of guests at the hotel, we had to share a table with strangers otherwise we had to stay waiting standing in the door.
Negative: A loud party on the roof being heard very much from the fifth floor late after 9.00pm & dogs barking while there owners are out or having breakfast. Not happy about the above sorry.
Summary: It was a good stay however my above comments still stand. thank you

Negative: Bathroom should be updated and the mattress and pillows were not very comfortable.

Negative: During our first whole day the room wasn't cleaned but the day after the cleaner was gentle and cleaned it at once when we asked her to do it.
