Summary: I emailed the property ahead od travelling to ask if we could check into our room early as i had been travelling from 3am with an 11 year old. They never acknowledged the email and when we got there they were adamant we couldnt have our room till 3pm. We fell asleep in the bar along with other travellers who were in the same situation. Nothing at the hotel to do but SOME of the staff were lovely but it only takes 1 person to put a dampner on the stay

Summary: Hotel was really clean, but the carpets looked like they needed replacing. The pillows are really flat, so if you like a bigger pillow I’d take your own as I asked for another one and was told they didn’t have any

Summary: The room is quite small The clean service is not good as expected you have to ask for new towel Toilet papers and empty the trash Some stuff missed from my room and contact the hotel after i leave with no reply The good thing that the hotel is 2 stations away from Disney Land and 1 station away from val deurope mall.
