Positive: The concierge (Angel) was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive — the absolute pinnacle of hospitality. The rooms were beautiful and the space was incredible. The breakfast was also top notch.

Positive: A charming, cozy, and authentic hotel right in the heart of the town. The little courtyard, nestled among blooming bougainvillea, is absolutely delightful. Just around the corner – a perfect spot for brunch. Highly recommended!

Positive: The view from my room was lovely. The place has character. Bus stop is close by as well as a small grocery store. Neighborhood is quaint. Easy walk to downtown Soller. Cannot comment on breakfast as I didn't purchase.
Negative: (I stayed here 4 nights). Staying here felt like being in someone's very old house. You can hear everything that goes on. I have never slept so close to a hallway, and one with a room door that doesn't close properly, so I could actually see people walk by. The room is quite small. The lady working there tried to be helpful, but her English is very limited. Coffee pods and sugar were not replaced. The soap dispenser was out, I asked for it to be filled, and it wasn't. If you have a car, just know that parking is a pain and you have to pay by the hour from 9 am to 2 pm, and 4 pm to 8 pm, except Sundays. The workaround is to use the easycar app and update your parking every 2 hours.
