Positive: The hotel is very beautiful and creates an oasis of peace and quiet on the outskirts of the town. The morning yoga classes are wonderful, and I really appreciate that breakfast is served until 11 a.m. if you want to have a slower start to the day. The rooms themselves are stunning, although I don’t quite understand the idea of having the sink at chest height for an average-height person — it’s quite uncomfortable and impractical. Still, the hotel is a 10/10. I’m lowering the rating for two reasons: • The service is very slow — waiting 30 minutes for a bowl of fruit in an almost empty restaurant feels excessive. • The way the hotel handles ensuring that guests don’t take anything home is rather off-putting. You’re asked to sign a policy and pay a deposit upon arrival with clear instructions that nothing can be removed from the property. While that’s obviously reasonable, I think a hotel aspiring to this level of quality should handle it much more discreetly. That’s why I’m lowering my score.

Positive: The house and locations are stunning, our only observation is that for the price of the accomodation we would have expected the breakfast included to have options and also not being charged for any additional . For example if you want a cappuccino is extra . If you want an egg on top of the chilaquiles is extra , if you want a cappuccino is extra and so on. It would be better if this is included as for the rating of the hotel it would make more sense to include it in the price if the breakfast is included. Overall it was a lovely experience
