Positive: Good position for our needs. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable. Very nice terrace. We had our luggage delivered smoothly.
Negative: The room was decent overall, but unfortunately it was not well maintained. Some of the lamps were broken, and the shower handset was also damaged. We were also given a room on the third floor in a building without an elevator. As I was travelling with two elderly people, this was particularly inconvenient, especially with luggage. The room could definitely use more attention and better upkeep. With some basic maintenance, it could be a much more pleasant stay.
Summary: Decent, but poorly maintained.

Negative: The mini fridge did not work, unable to drink the tap water. It was the most expensive hotel we’ve paid for in the past 5 weeks, yet had these slight issues.
