Summary: Located in the heart of Champagne country, it is a short drive from Reims. The staff was friendly and helpful and offered recommendations to local restaurants and nearby sites. The place is a restored mansion with stained glass windows and historic charm. Breakfast was plentiful. The owners also run a champagne factory the next block over which we visited and did a tasting.

Summary: I enjoyed the swimming pool, very relaxing stay, I would stay again. The only downside was there was no restaurant available on an evening but there were places near by to eat.

Summary: Hotel Castel Jeanson is a beautiful property. Our room and bathroom were exceptionally beautiful and clean. The location was excellent for taking walks in the vineyards behind the property, and for walking to the shops for breakfast quiche lorraine and other delicious pastries. We stayed in several b&b's during our three weeks in France and Debrovnik. Hotel Castel Jeanson was by bar the very best! We will recommend to friends and come back again when we visit the champagne region.

Summary: Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Everything was immaculate and a great location within east walking distance to the champagne houses and Pressoria. Pool was lovely. Tip - not many local champagne houses open on a Sunday. Make sure you get a reservation for dinner or you will not get into any local restaurants. We had to drive into Epernay as they were all fully booked.
