Positive: Rooms were a good size and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Negative: Not in a good location. Very little in the area and it is difficult to get a taxi.

Positive: Friendly and helpful staff. Receptionist was very cooperative and helped us in tour packages and airport drop by arranging cab. Spacious and clean rooms. Easy access to market place and multiple restaurants. Allowed us early check-in too with no additional cost. Kettle provided upon request. Located in center of the city. Me and my family enjoyed staying at this hotel. Best in hospitality.

Negative: Nothing much but the location. Busy location due to market existence.

Positive: Staff is very friendly and availae during midnight/late night. Good thing is reception is available 24 hours. Make sure you have number of receptionist and he is always available whenever required. Easy market access and 1km for Madgaon junction. Rooms are decent. More than value for money.. Food Menu is available in the room. Cab services are provided. Also provided kitchen for Infant to make food with no additional charges Considering the price point everything is best.

Negative: Location would have been better. Don't get fooled by premises. There is no match with exterior location and interiors of the hotel. Very good for family and couples
