Summary: I arrived late. There was no food other than truly inedible stuff at the bar, where the staff did not welcome being disturbed. But the front desk staff were great and the concierge was wonderful! He's what accounts for the five stars

Summary: The Hotel Cleveland met our needs, as our work was very close by. However, I would not choose to stay there again. An older hotel, though elegant is not particularly comfortable. They were short of staff, so often our room was not cleaned, despite multiple requests. Though likely out of the influence of hotel, there were several aggressive panhandlers who had to be negotiated when entering and leaving the building.
