Negative: Other guests in the bbq area from 515am!! I think they had come home ftom night shift and were having a knock off drink. Our room was next to bbq area and they woke us up

Positive: Towels changed daily, room cleaned daily, bbqs, seating area.Spaciousness in room, security gate, cafeteria, restaurant meals are amazing and the staff very pleasant. Good location within walking distance, beach, takeaway, public transport. Good lighting, power boards, goodsize benchtop, good size screen t.v.
Negative: The $300 damage payment upfront,steep.Floor is hard to walk on. A new building being built property next door, much noise during the day.
