Summary: Lovely hotel in excellent location. Walk to the Etna gondola or to book excursions. Hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast layout was generous and delicious. Parking easily available. Unless you want to drive all the way down the mountain dinner options are limited to the hotel located next to the gondola, but they gave us 15%discount and the food was great.

Summary: Location was perfect. The pillows the bed and the bathroom were all very comfortable. In all honesty, it has been the best hotel in all of Italy.

Summary: Everything was perfect, problem-free parking, rich breakfast and a large selection. Water and tea were available in the room, real duvets, it's just a pity that they lacked real covers for them. Hotel will we definitely recommend it to our friends.

Summary: This is a wonderful hotel in a terrific location within walking distance to the Mt. Etna tram. The staff are excellent and very kind and helpful; our room was attractive, spacious and super clean; the bed was comfy with high quality bedding; and the breakfast was great! We used the spa services, which made our stay even more special. An all-around top-notch hotel.

Summary: Amazing property! We spent the night during a Mount Etna eruption…OMG, what an amazing stay! Rooms were very spacious, staff is amazing. We enjoyed the evening and found the rooms to be very clean, great bathrooms, and quaint….lots of wood everywhere. Checkin is easy, as was checkout.

Summary: Very practical hotel and decent staff. Rooms weren’t that nice and the bed way to firm for my liking. Buffet breakfast a little unsettling in the days of coronavirus. I think if a hotel is going to have a buffet, they hand gel needs to be on every table as a minimum. Not only wasn’t it, it was nowhere to be seen where the buffet way. The hotel is very convenient for Etna!

Summary: Great location, walking distance to the Etna Cable Car. The hotel is lovely, our room immaculate and a state of the arts bathroom with a shower that was space age with water sprays from all directions. The checkin was smooth, room was available when we arrived around 12 noon and the Receptionist recommended an early visit to Mt. Etna before the clouds closed in later in the afternoon. A card was provided that gave us a small discount for the cablecar too! The only negative was that there was no restaurant for dinner ( closed in October) so we would up with a pizza at the souvenir shops area at the cable car area ( another small discount card...) The Mount Etna experience was fabulous and I would heartily recommend visiting.You can also book individual tours at the hotel if you don't want the cable car. The hotel also has a sauna for what I think was 15 Euro's.

Summary: Very cute town. Service and check in was excellent. Rooms were spacious and clean. Only downside during our stay was the weak air conditioner in the room we stayed in so the night was very hot.
