Positive: Great location, part of a renovated manor. The rooms are spacious and feature 'extra' fitness equipment—our room even had a rowing machine! Right next to the hotel, within the estate, there is an enoteca (wine bar), and the entire property is surrounded by a beautiful walking path through well-kept parklands. To top it all off, we had a fantastic breakfast in the morning.

Positive: the room is very spacious with many beds. It has an Alexa speaker. The breakfast was really nice with many options (eggs, hams, cheese, pies, croissant). It was nice that I could take the breakfast to the room with a tray. It even has a "relaxation room" with games, books, and etc. Parking is free.

Negative: the reception is from 7am to 1pm, and the check-in is at 2pm, which had to be done by self check-in. It wasn't bad but the hotel felt almost deserted. Also, in the photos, it seemed like there were lots of gardens and parks accessible from the hotel, but the garden right in front of the entrance was all locked (different private property i guess), and unfortunately the Farnese gardens were closed on the day i visited. There weren't many restaurants near the hotel, and it's difficult to eat there without reservations. The hotel claimed to be a pet-friendly place, but the dog couldn't enter the breakfast room together.

Negative: Aircon wasn't working, difficult to open insect netting and shutters. Breakfast room very small too crowded and limited number of breakfast items.

Positive: Extremely convenient for an overnight stop en route to Milan Airport. Easy to find, convenient parking , spacious comfortable rooms and a good breakfast with helpful attentive staff. Very good and extremely reasonable local pizzeria just down the road.
