Summary: This is a clean and comfortable hotel in very attractive garden surroundings with welcoming restaurants and good food. The staff are experienced, kind and helpful. In November, the place was warm, quiet and well organised. There are two choices and two restaurants: the cheaper Auberge and the more expensive Hotel. The Auberge is probably priced correctly with a good value restaurant offering well cooked and interesting meals. The Hotel rooms need renovating to be worth the price charged. The bathroom had been modernised but the room décor was dated and the tired mattresses seemed to have been turned so that they were uneven. The Hotel restaurant is well arranged with good staff but the food at the evening meal was unexciting. Breakfast was nicely done.
