Negative: It was a long way out of the city 19 stops on the metro. It was noisy the nights we were there. There was a coffee machine in reception but no other facilities

Positive: Professional and helpful staff. The place is quiet but still close to the Berlin action. There is a well stocked grocery next door and another set of shops across the road. The beds are very comfortable.

Negative: I liked all.

Positive: The hotel is new but still with basic amenties. Shower had hot water but the shower holder is missing or not installed yet. It is located in a quiet area and close to the train station, supermarket next door and a few restaurants nearby. Excellent for those visiting Berlin by car but do not want to drive into the city.

Negative: The hotel is new and had only very basic amentmities. Had to borrow a kettle from the person manning the reception. He was so nice to lend me his personal kettle. The bedroom did not have a chair and table.

Positive: Everything in the room was new and clean. The staff was attentive and very helpful. F/P is excellent. I will choose the hotel again when I come back to Berlin.

Positive: Hotel Delisa is located only two minutes walk distance near the S5 Kaulsdorf sbahn station. At the time of my travel (August 2nd, 2024) the hotel was opened only two days earlier and still had missing amenities. However the room was very clean and tidy. The location is very quiet and convenient. The rooms are large and has big openable windows. Perfect for a get away stay in Berlin.

Negative: At the time of my stay it was still under construction. The owner needs to complete the facility. But I think everything will be sorted in short time.

Summary: Very quite easy to get location. Clean and tidy. No frills.
