Positive: This hotel looks charming as is seen in the pictures. Nestled in a pretty garden et al. We were a family of 4 adults. The room we were allotted was on the second floor. That itself was pretty inconvenient considering that I have knee issues. Getting up and down the stairs was such a pain. But the front desk staff were kind enough to lug the four big suitcases up and down the stairs at check in and check out time. Our suitcases occupied most of the floor space so that we had to hop, skip and jump to move across the room or to go to the bathroom. No cleaning undertaken by the hotel except for guests who occupy the room for atleast a week. We were there for 5 nights. But no complimentary cleaning service. This is something totally unheard of. We had to pay to get our room cleaned. Location was super convenient. A farmer's market was closeby so also a supermarket. There were many restaurants round the corner. Charging points are almost at the ground level. Phew. Overall a not bad stay.

Positive: Staff, reception and breakfast, very nice, polite and efficient. Hotel very well located, two subways stations/lines within few blocks and several restaurants few minutes walking from the hotel. Excellent breakfast with different options. Room very quite and we had six great nights.
Negative: Room and bathroom were small. Garden deserver better care, even considering that was winter.
Summary: Great one week stay with family in this nice and very well located hotel
