Positive: The owner was very pleasant and was very welcoming. We arrived early, and the room was already ready, and we even had a chance to join lunch on a holiday even though we didn't reserve in advance. Lovely grounds, lovely staff.

Positive: A wonderful, welcoming gem in the heart of Italy. Beautifully appointed room, comfortable and warm, with balcony views of the Olivella countryside, very relaxing. Staff and service were truly top notch. Tonino and his Team were warm and welcoming, and extremely responsive, helpful and empathic with sorting out some changes to our booking all of our own doing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Summary: A true hidden gem in Olivella. Beautifully appointed, comfortable with outstanding service.
