Summary: I made my prepaid reservation over three months before arriving. But when I arrived, they did not have the kitchenette room I reserved and downgraded me to a less expensive non-kitchenette room without any compensation! I have stayed here before and always had the impression that their staff is untrained / incompetent and that their computer system is cheap and flakey. This time that combination bit me. I will not be staying here again.

Summary: Booked a room for the kitchen aspect. Nothing worked except for the fridge, so we were unable to make breakfast as intended. Room smelled like somebody had cooked something stinky. When I went to put our drinks in the fridge, there was a cooking pot full of green beans with a styrofoam plate on top. No clue how long it had been there and made me wonder what other cleaning shortcuts they made. We also were in and out multiple times and never saw a single worker, so can’t comment on that. Bed also had a single sheet so it was very cold.

Summary: Office Chairs are very uncomfortable. On another stay a few weeks ago they gave me a metal chair for my office chair. I called and request a regular chair but they said they couldn’t help me. This metal chair was very hard and very small. The towels don’t smell clean. I could smell someone sweat on the sheets.

Summary: This used to be my favorite hotel in Olive branch the price was reasonable for the area, rooms and lobby were always clean and quiet. The last few stays the air doesnt go down so the room are warmish, the tv was hard to control and the room wasnt as clean as it used to be.

Summary: Blankets were just two thin sheets essentially. Front desk staff was not welcoming and seemed put out to have to check us in.
