Positive: The owner is the sweetest person alive. The rooms are comfy and the hotel is well located within the city. If i ever go back to Utrecht this would be my go to hotel

Positive: Ted, the owner, is very friendly and accommodating. The location is around 20-25 minutes walking from the main train station. The area is quiet and relaxed. Good value for money.
Negative: The staircases are very narrow and there’s no elevator.
