Summary: Ideal if you are travelling which we were. Clean and very comfortable with good food and excellent breakfast.

Summary: I was on a business trip and had travelled a long time before I got to the hotel so anywhere would have been good, but the Hotel Don Carlo was a pleasant surprise. Big beaming smile and a welcome from the owner (I assume that bit as he looked like a hotel owner!), few beers at the modest bar and a simple dinner before sleep in the massive bed. Floors are all stone / tile so you do hear people cluncking about a bit at night, other than that it was great. Would probably be better in the summer, I would stay again when next in the region.
