Negative: The facilities did not match the description on booking.com. We booked the apartment because it is said that there is washing machine and tumble dryer in the suite, but disappointingly, they are only located on the 2nd floor of the public area in another building and needed to pay €2 for each service. Money is not the most important matter but it is very inconvenient to walk to another building in cold weather and going up and down two floors several times to do the laundry, particularly for the elderly as us. In fact, we believe that there was washing machine in the toilet before but was removed and the property did not change the description of facilities on booking.com. Moreover, the mirror in the toilet is too high for Asians and we need to stand on a rack to use the mirror!

Summary: It is disappointing to us but except this, it is on the whole satisfactory.

Positive: Modern, clean and spacious. Great that it’s so sustainable. Great location - next to train station but couldn’t hear the trains with the windows closed.

Negative: It was incredibly warm despite being winter! (But there was an air conditioning unit provided)
