Positive: The room was cute, the bed big and the view on the mountain from the bathtub was nice. The check out at 12am was very appreciable. Very good breakfast.
Negative: The building was a little bit decrepit.

Positive: I like everything about this Hotel. 🥰😍The place is really good to stay. You can have the comfort you ever wish to have. The ambiance was so calm. And what I like most is how we are being welcomed by all the staffs.. We have seen their smiles from the time we entered the hotel up until we leave. Kudos to all of you especially to all the frontdesk staffs!💯commendable.😍❤️Transportation is not also a problem because the have a shuttle offer for free.Hoorrraaayy?!! Everything is just so cool😍😍😍Thank you so much!

Positive: The quality , staff and location couldn’t be better! The personal onsen was a nice touch. I was lucky and got a room upgrade due to low occupancy. I would 100% come again. My only regret is not being able to stay longer.

Positive: The hotel has the most friendly and the best english speaking staff that I met during my stay in Taiwan. The hotel also provides free car shuttle to and from the metro station at any time on call, which is very handy since it is situated in the hills a bit above. I recommend choosing the room with mineral bath at the balcony.
Negative: The hotel is already a bit older and some of the furnishing might need renovation or replacement. In particular the bath plug was not working as it should so the bath could not be drained properly. Also the rooms dont have japanese toilets which I would expect as standard in a wellness hotel.
