Positive: The location is absolutely amazing! It’s right in front of the ferry stop ! Absolutely LOVED staying here , great value and felt so fun and alive!
Negative: The only problem we had was the bed was pretty uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect! Very clean rooms ! Very pleased overall

Positive: Perfectly located hotel right in the middle of the promenade. Great staff, always welcomed by a smiling face at the reception. Similar to the breakfast team, very helpful and always available. It’s evident the hotel is the pride and joy of the family that owns and operates this venue. There is also an onsite spa offering a dry and wet sauna as well as a jacuzzi. Hotel guest can use daily for an hour, this was a great addition as it rained 3 out of our 5 days stay. The only thing I must mention is the restaurant onsite, including room service and bar drinks at the top end of pricing however the menu isn’t at the top end of variety. The gym is also at a neighbouring hotel.
Negative: Nothing worth mentioning.

Positive: Our stay at Hotel du Lac was wonderful from start to finish. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and recently renovated, and the location couldn’t have been better — right in front of ferry terminal. We also enjoyed the live music in the evening, which made the atmosphere even more special. Everything about this hotel was excellent, and I would gladly stay here again.

Positive: Great location. Comfortable beds and clean room. Breakfast was excellent and Juliet was awesome. The bar on the rooftop was so beautiful with a breathtaking view and the bar manager and the staff were all so kind and friendly. We loved our stay at the hotel and will stay here again.
Negative: It’s always so crowded due to the ferries and being in the very center of the town. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
