Summary: If you are planning to travel in the summer, there is no AC in the rooms. The fan they provided was broken. Bathroom fixtures were broken. They positives would be that they have great views of the lake from the room and it is very close to the train station.

Summary: Very nice hotel. Tiny but nice. Comfortable and they’ve got rituals products in bathrooms. Self check in and out was easy.

Summary: Overall a pretty horrendous stay. Our parents’s Panoramic Double Room’s plumbing did not work, so they were moved to a lower tier room. Yet we are not even being refunded the difference in the rooms. Additionally, our Panoramic Double Room was in poor shape: massive dust bunnies, broken bedside sconce, missing shower head, no facial tissue provided and expired free water bottle. Customer service was meh. There is no one on-site at all, so all communications are done over chat and at a delay. The property’s proximity to the train station is the best thing going for the place. I can’t even say the price was good because, while it was cheaper compared to other places in the area, it was too expensive for the poor quality of our stay.

Summary: It was a basic room to spend the night. The bed is ok. Bath and toilet was clean. The hotel is just behind the train station and rails so can be pretty noisy, specially when you want to open the windows.
