Positive: Amazing view from the room with balcony of the lake. Quality breakfast with excellent service, but the same offer all week.
Negative: The room was impractically furnished with a lack of storage space and insufficient lighting. The work desk was in the dark, the fridge was not cooling enough and there was a open hanging bar with six hangers and a few shelves without doors in the room for 2 people.
Summary: Well located hotel with expensive facilities that could provide more.

Positive: -Excellent customer service at the reception - Nice size of the room. - Good size car park - nice roof terrace Bar
Negative: - No air con - corridor in front of our room very dirty - third bed very noisy and uncomfortable. - can’t unlock the bathroom door - no shampoo - empty mini bar - we stay in 3 but glasses or cups and coffee prepared only for two

Positive: Club balcony room- Great AC, quiet on 4th floor althru next to the restaurant (separate entrance doorway) and facing station, we did not hear a noise once the Terrence door is closed. Spacious and room is always well kept. Friendly Front of house!
Negative: Shower Water pressure is weak.

Positive: It is in a nice quiet location just out of the city centre. Train station directly across the road along with street parking and a convenience store at your doorstep! The staff were super lovely and helpful at any time of day/night and the room was very clean with an amazing view of the river!
Negative: No lock on the bathroom door - abit of a weird set up.

Positive: The location is great. The room had a good size. The vegan burger was delicious and staff was very friendly.
Negative: Our room was facing the train station and not the lake, so it was pretty noisy and one could not sleep with an open window.

Positive: So clean and super friendly staff! Everything was very modern and even more beautiful than the pictures. The location is right by the water so it’s a beautiful stay.
Negative: The location is a bit outside of the main city (Zurich) but there is a train station right across from the hotel that gets you right into the city.
